Our dye sublimation lanyards are custom made with unlimited colors making them perfect for complex designs. The printing process allows for your design to be dyed directly into the fabric of the lanyard instead of printed onto of it. You never have to worry about the ink smudging, breaking down or rubbing off. Once the image is transferred into the lanyard it is permanent.
The dye sublimation lanyards are very soft and are extremely high quality. This is a more express process, but it a great option for lots of colors and complex designs. They are available in several different sizes, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4 and 1 inch wide sizes. The standard lanyard length is 36 inches long and the most common size is 3/4 inches wide.
